Soil Quality Decree
The Soil Quality Decree guarantees an unequivocal policy on sustainable soil management. The new Decree endeavours to achieve a balance between man and the environment and to allow scope for social developments. It also aims to achieve a balance between a healthy living environment and the use of the soil for various purposes, for example housing, work, leisure, crop cultivation, etc.
